Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV

Hey guys! (: Sorry I haven't been on in a while, I didn't know what to post. Today I'm going to be talking about the Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV. Again, I do not own this product but I plan on buying sometime within January! \

This palette comes with 16 shadows, 10 new, 6 permanent. Full size 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner, Travel Size Primer Potion & Travel Size Super Curl mascara. 

Here are the eye shadows left to right:

Row 1: Blue Bus, Gunmetal, Cobra, Baked

Row 2: Bender, Gravity, Lost, Hijack

Row 3: Midnight Cowgirl, Sin, Midnight Rodeo, Crystal

Row 4: Bust, Missionary, Skimp, Zephyr.

There is also a USB port included so you can download 5 how-to videos, or you can scan 5 QR (quick response) codes to get the videos on your phone. It also includes a speaker so you can plug your iPod/MP3 player and listen to music.

The packaging is just adorable, when you life of the flap, they have butterflies popping out.

The eye shadows are all shimmery/glittery. Some are the eye shadows aren't too promising. I'm kind of disappointed in Urban Decay. This perfect for travel because it offers you everything you need to do your eye makeup at home or on the go.

I absolutely love this product! It has a cake scent to it, it's really unique. You get 350 mL/11.8 fl. oz. It makes your body so soft, I adore it! It doesn't leave a greasy feeling at all. The bottle also contains 80% post-consumer recycled material, so it's good for the environment! (:

Presents and Cookies.

It's Christmas Eve and I just woke up. (: I can't wait to open presents! It's around 6 o'clock. I don't plan on waking anyone up just so I can open my presents though. I don't know why, I've just never been one to do that. I'm going to make so many freaking cookies today though before I go to my Dad's house! I want to make Gingerbread, Snickerdoodle, and Sugar cookies. Snickerdoodles are my favorites. :3 Well I hope you all enjoy your holidays and tell me how it was!

Product of the Week

POTW!

When I was thinking about which product I would choose, I choose one that I've been loving a lot and using everyday! This is the E.L.F or Eyes Lips Face, Studio Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder. This retails for $3. The only stores I've seen E.L.F in is Walgreens, Kmart, and Target. A lot of people claim this is a dupe for the NARS Orgasm/Laguna duo, but I'm not sure. I don't own    the duo but I have swatched the blush and bronzer at Sephora. I think the blush in this duo is more like NAR's Deepthroat rather than Orgasm. I do think the bronzer is pretty close, if not excactly like Laguna. Overall I really LOVE this duo and I use it everytime I apply my makeup.

MAC Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick

This is the MAC Viva Glam Gaga lipstick. MAC's Viva Glam line goes towards an AIDS fund. So it's a good cause if you buy a Viva Glam lipstick. When Viva Glam Gaga came out I was so excited! I loved Lady Gaga and I wanted bright pink lips. The finish is a Lustre, and it's really pigmented. This lipstick does not apply consistently for me, so I'll have to layer it on then it just doesn't look pretty. If I just dab it on a few times and get the desired color it looks good though. Like any other MAC lipstick, this retails for $14.50, it also has a matching lipglass. I have a love/hate relationship with this lipstick. Overall I give it an 8 out of 10.

Maybelline Baby Lips

I'm sure you've probably heard about the famous Maybelline Baby Lips lip balms.

I've read bad & good reviews. I for one; have never tried the product. I'm ecstatic to try them, I think I'll really like them, or so I hope. I believe these retail from $2.99-$4.99. They're four bucks at CVS but only two at Target. Maybelline claims these have "clinical strength" and provide "8-hour hydration" They com in two clear and four tints.

Clear:

• Quenched
• Peppermint

Tints:

• Peach Kiss
• Pink Punch
• Cherry Me
• Grape Vine

I would like to try all of them except for Grape Vine, if I do get that one it goes to my mom.

Target is having a $2 off any Maybelline lip product. Like I said, I Target the lip balm is $2.99 so you get it for $.99! You can only use one coupon per purchase though. :( I think it's a really good steal though! You can print the coupon HERE
